How do I start the Gyro Ball?
Strap it on, then push the rotor in the direction of the arrow and let go. A spring inside starts it. There is no cord to pull. Circle your wrist to keep it spinning.
How long should I use it?
Start with about 60 seconds per hand, then switch. Build up from there. Stop if anything feels wrong. It is a training tool, not a medical device.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most arrive within 2–4 weeks after ordering. These are estimates. Your tracking number is emailed when the order ships. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Read the shipping policy.
What if the product is not right for me?
If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, or the size is off, email support@zontoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace it, exchange the size or refund you, and you keep the item. If you simply change your mind, you can return it unused within 30 days at your own shipping cost to our office in Seoul, and we refund the item price when it arrives. Read the refund policy.
What does the one-year replacement cover?
Our policy covers products that crack, warp or stop working within one year of delivery. Email your order number and a photo to support@zontoo.com. Damage from exceeding a stated weight limit is excluded. See the full guarantee.
